Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.  The item must be new, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Contact us at info@seraphiascloset.com to return an item and will receive a return label.  Once the returned product is received to our store, a store credit will be issued less the cost of the original shipping.  A Seraphia's Closet E-Gift Card will be sent to your order's email address. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

 

Sale Items  are Final and are not eligible for returns/exchange or store credit.
